Assalammualaikum everyone! 

Today we will be analyzing our company's SWOT analysis!

A SWOT analysis helps us evaluate our company’s competence in the real world environment so that we could utilize our own strengths, improve our weaknesses, conquer the opportunities and avoid the possible threats that are coming our way. 

We prepared an infographic of our SWOT analysis for our readers to analyze easily.




Our business has quite strong and one of our strength is an affordable price. The cheap price of our product will attract more customers to try our kueh. 

However, we also have our weaknesses and one of it is we only have one physical store where we only focus on certain customers. 

In this fast-changing world, we want to grab every opportunity and one of it is our kueh could be a tourist attraction. We could set up a shop at KLIA where the tourist would come and try our exquisite kueh.

One of the threats that we need to be prepared of is the changing of our customers' preferences. They might want other snacks like the western and Japanese.

             By conducting a competitor analysis, we can identify our competitors’ strengths and weaknesses. This is important for start-up company like us as we can plan ahead on what are the things that can make our company special from others. Assalamualaikum~         In Malaysia specifically for Malays, there are many different types of kuih can be found which include the savoury type and sweet type of kuih. The methods used also different for different kuih such as fried and steam method that is commonly used in the making of the Malay traditional kuih. In addition, most of these kuih is suitable for most of the time including breakfast, as dessert, during tea time and supper at night.     For today's post, we will introduce 5 of our products in this business which include kuih seri muka, bahulu, ketayap, buah rotan and onde-onde. KUIH SERI MUKA Kuih Seri Muka is also one of the Malay Traditional Kuih that are popular and favored by most Malays.
