Target Market

First of all, we need to understand who is our target market before start making big marketing decisions which includes our company name Warisan Melayu and our slogan 'Get to Know Us'.


Malaysia is a multi racial, multi cultural and multi religion country. So, Malaysian have similarities on food consumption especially kuih traditional. Our company target market is wider due to multi racial country. We don't have specific target market because eveyone can buy our product everytime and everyday.

We look at our current customer base and why do they buy from us. This is because we are located near to school, office and can reach  public transport easily. Other than that, we also know our competitors targeting who are Nyonya colour that sell similar as our. From time to time, we will maintain our product and improve the delivery service to make sure that our customer will satisfy.
