1.       Cost Leadership Cost leadership is considered as one of the characteristics owned by Warisan Melayu since they produce the products based on the orders of the customers and use the concept of Just In Time (JIT) apart from producing the Malay traditional kuih batch after batch. With the high production volume, the business is able to cut their cost with the same amount of products produced due to the discount obtain by purchasing the materials in bulk thus resulted in lower cost of producing the goods. 2.       Differentiation Strategy Warisan Melayu offer the products that consist of various types different from one another. Hello everyone. Today, we want to explain about our company's goals. Every company either big or small company has their own goals. It is to make sure they follow their schedule and target as well as they can.  For our company, one of our goals are to open more physical stores across peninsula Malaysia. Before this, we only have one store. That store is multipurpose which are making all the ‘kuih’ at there and sell the delicious ‘kuih’ at the same place. So sad. Customer also need to come at this store to book, order or buy all this ‘kuih’. Sometimes, it could make crowded with people. We hope, if we open another big stores or branches, people are easier to buy from our products from us. Besides, our goal also to deliver more accessible around Malaysia.
