How are you guys? Fortunately for today we have 2 posts ;).

For this post, we will briefly explain the mission of our own Warisan Melayu business that sell Malay Traditional kuih as their main and only products.

MISSION

To provide the kuih lovers with high quality of products with affordable prices that maintain the authenticity of Malay heritage

Same as other businesses, Warisan Melayu also has its own mission in running this business which is to cultivate this business for it to be known and recognized in the world. Warisan Melayu aim to be one of the big supplier for Malay Traditional kuih and serve the customers domestic and internationally. 

Even with the usage of modern technologies, Warisan Melayu provide the customers with high quality of the products that is still delicious and liked by the people especially the old people that live during the time of the first introduction with their growth until now because they know best in differentiating the best quality of those traditional kuih or not. 

This mission also include in maintaining the authenticity of the traditional kuih even when using the modern technology. This is hard due to the difference of the equipment and materials used in the production. Modern equipment tend to speed up the process of making those traditional kuih and resulted in different taste and low authenticity compared with the usage of traditional methods, equipment and materials. However, Warisan Melayu aim to serve the customers with their products that still have the same taste and maintain the authenticity of Malay heritage.

             By conducting a competitor analysis, we can identify our competitors’ strengths and weaknesses. This is important for start-up company like us as we can plan ahead on what are the things that can make our company special from others. However, we will focus on one specific shop that is quite well known in Malaysia. The shop is called Nyonya Colors. Nyonya Colors specializes in premium homemade quality Nyonya Kueh and delights. Assalamualaikum~         In Malaysia specifically for Malays, there are many different types of kuih can be found which include the savoury type and sweet type of kuih. The methods used also different for different kuih such as fried and steam method that is commonly used in the making of the Malay traditional kuih. In addition, most of these kuih is suitable for most of the time including breakfast, as dessert, during tea time and supper at night.     For today's post, we will introduce 5 of our products in this business which include kuih seri muka, bahulu, ketayap, buah rotan and onde-onde. KUIH SERI MUKA Kuih Seri Muka is also one of the Malay Traditional Kuih that are popular and favored by most Malays. Even from the picture above, it is already known that this kuih is basically made in two colours which are green and white. This kuih is made using tray with any shape.
