Today we are going to talk about Customers Analysis.

Customer Analysis is the process where information about the consumer is found out from market research like the needs of the consumer, the target market and the relevant demographics so that this information can be used in market segmentation for further steps of market research. It is very useful in predicting consumer behavior.

In order to do our business we need to identify our customers that we are planning to sell our products to. Since we are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, we are targeting consumers that live around the area. We are selling kueh and our target market could be at any age from toddlers until old people regardless of their income as our kueh is super affordable and could be eaten at any time and anywhere. Furthermore, we believe that we could satisfy our customers by sellling our products as kueh is a traditional food that always be eaten during breakfast, lunch, tea and even supper.
